Terms and Conditions

Memberships must be kept active for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.
Memberships can be upgraded without any additional fees at any time. However, they cannot be downgraded during the first 3 active months. To downgrade your plan, you must contact us AT LEAST 2 weeks in advanced.
A personal coaching session will have a total duration of 4 hours.
Coaching sessions are meant for a maximum of 2 agents. Any additional attendee will have an additional cost of $1000.
Regardless of your membership plan, the date and subject of your coaching session MUST be reserved and determined at least 30 days in advanced. To reschedule your session, you must contact us AT LEAST 2 weeks in advanced, otherwise a rescheduling fee of $150 will apply.
To cancel your membership, you must send a written request via email 30 days prior to your next session. Cancellation of an upcoming session will not result in a refund. We will, however, assign that credit to your account for future use.
Account credits or scheduled sessions cannot be applied or transferred to any other user other than the ones established at the time of purchase.
Only 1 line of business will be discussed per training session.
This membership plan includes personal coaching for “Trucking” but not for any other line of business personal or commercial.
Memberships do not include any additional cost for travel and transportation for office locations further than a 20-mile radius from our headquarters location.
Membership fees are not subject to financing. The fee must be paid in full every month on its due date. Late payments will be subject to a $25 late fee.

The verbal , physical and digital material distributed during the coaching sessions, cannot be recorded, photographed and/or distributed.

We will also be looking at how to navigate through a quote and how to efficiently communicate the offer to the client to close it.

(2nd Day)
For the second day of Coaching, we will be working on more complicated quotes and focusing on underwriting guidelines to make sure you have a strong understanding of how to manage risk placement.

To cancel your package, you must send a written request via email 30 days prior to your next session. Cancellation of an upcoming session (sooner than 30 days) will not result in a refund. We will, however, assign that credit to your account for future use.
A personal coaching session will have a total duration of 4 hours.
Presentation dates are set by us for specific dates and times and are subject to availability. You must check the dates available and complete your reservation to secure a spot for your preferred date. Reservation is not complete until payment has been received.
